The Dinner

A three-course menu, chosen by you — one salad, one main, one dessert. The price is set by the main course you select.

Playa Secreta Salad — goat cheese, pecan nuts, apple and caramelized hibiscus

Black olive salad — mixed lettuce, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, in aioli

Three Hearts Salad — artichoke, lettuces and hearts of palm with berry vinaigrette

Classic Caesar — in a parmesan basket

Spinach Salad — arugula and grapefruit in strawberry & merlot vinaigrette

Portobello salad — grilled mango and mixed lettuces
Fettuccini — artichoke, eggplant, bell peppers and zucchini in basil pesto

Chicken in xentli sauce — creamy poblano pepper sauce with corn, potato cake and vegetables

Grilled tuna loin — mango sauce and spicy raspberries, served with wild rice

Sea bass fillet — arugula sauce with ricotta and walnut, dried tomato and asparagus

Mahi mahi — guajillo sauce, wild rice and vegetables

Red snapper — caper and leek sauce with risotto

Surf & turf — fillet mignon in shiitake mushroom sauce and shrimp in white wine sauce

Angus steak — porcini mushroom and tempranillo sauce with leek and potato cake
Crepes — filled with cream cheese, sun-dried fruits and burnt milk sauce
